This is great, thank you. I haven't seen this blib for a while and it was great to read it again. This is exactly how I felt when I stopped drinking. It just dawned on me one morning - I don't have to do this to myself! This isn't my destiny. This isn't my truth. Nothing and no one is forcing me to have a drink! This is bullsh!t!
