my first sober night in weeks.im sitting here doing well,i guess.
i still procrastinated my day away, im gonna have to work on that tomorrow as i have too much to do to let the fear of not getting everything done keep paralyzing me.my anxiety wasnt too bad today,but i was oh so tired from last nights emotional meltdown. not craving a drink but my acid reflux and aching kidneys are apparent tonight now that i havent numbed myself.i been drinking tea and water all day.guess ill go to bed thanks for all the conversation today you guys are all awesome.i did it.#dayone
