Check with your doctor to be on the safe side. But I experienced some dizziness/vertigo about 60 days after my last drink (in addition to fogginess, confusion, irritability, etc). I saw multiple doctors and had pretty much anything serious ruled out. It cleared after a few weeks, so I've chalked it up to post-acute withdrawal.
