I im not sure what your question is or what your trying to accomplish? I know what your going through I would start at you local Narcotics anon meeting, you dont have to go to a rehab I did not. Na.org I am not a hard core heroin addict either, as madera fact I have never done heroin,crack, look at it this way if you commit to try 30 day of na meeting the only thing that you will lose is 4 weekend of using lol try it i felt out of place 8 + yr ago when i went to my first meeting, occasional meth user well in the end i was occasionaly not using try it and the dude dump him if its ment to be then its ment for yourself give it a shot na all the way
