I do want to tell you that you've come to a wonderful, safe place with lots of wise members! The way to start is to not pick up today and start to figure out your plan. Make sure to contact your doctor if you need to for withdrawal - always good to be safe! You also may want to check out the January 2012 thread; you'll find many people at the same place as you.
