We talk to each other and reason things out without judging others. Loving interchange is essential. We can change only ourselves. Beginning with Step 1: Admitting we are powerless over addiction; our lives have become UNMANAGEABLE. 
I became helpless today, and asked my Higher Power for help. I feel better already.
