That's a pretty gutsy first move. Good for you. I'm on day 2 and its a little better but still scary. My family knows now (unfortuntately they came over to see me when I was staggering drunk) and are supporting me. I feel more pressure to be successful this time which I think may help.

At the same time I feel some old issues with my family being aggravated so it's a very uncomfortable time. I hope your family and friends are supportive.
