That is great, Ken!! Keep it going! I am convinced that it does get easier, not to say even after months and years, we will still have to work at it,but I notice that after the first week of no alcohol I already stopped the "habit" of constantly wanting it. I do not obsess and think about it any more. I do have to be prepared for days that it comes to haunt me, but the every day thought process is changing!! Jalyn
