Hey, you guys are all awesome. Keep up the fantastic work.

For those who MUST work the first couple of weeks, pack a good supply of juices or herb teas, and maybe bring a BIG hot thermos of some kind of healthy soup that you really really like. This is no time to skimp on your food budget. Get whatever you want, whatever you think your stomach can deal with anyway. High fluid content is important. If you have access to a toaster, make lots of toast. Another poster here a few months ago described how toast making was therapeutic for her during recovery. I know it sounds weird, but it is soothing. I wish I could credit the author of the post. If you are reading, please acknowledge!

Finally, know it will get better and better. This, too, shall pass. Your rewards will be here big time right when the weather gets better and you will really feel like being outside in the fresh air, doing cool stuff you probably didn't do while using.
