Hi there. I'm on day three. The anxiety and fear is terrible. I'm also very irritable, but mostly just anxious and afraid of everything. I've taken long walks around the neighborhood the last two nights, and that's helped a bit. I tried taking Inositol, but that hasn't done anything at all. I ordered some Kava tea to help with relaxation, but I won't have it for a few more days. I'm going to walk a bit faster tonight, and a bit faster the next night, until I'm jogging, and eventually running each night. That's my plan of action.
