I am day at day 4...I never had withdrawals really, just being agitated and REALLY wanting to drink. I have found myself going to bed early with some sleeplessness and getting up really early.
By the way, the first post to this thread with the links, you said they were old--People are people they don't really change, the info could have been 100yrs old, and I am sure you will find the information pertinent.
