Really? How does the grant thing work?
A lot of rehabs have some funding that allow a few beds to be open to "indigent people". My suggestion would be to call a dozen different places and ask. The worst is they will say no. The holidays & winter will make it a bit harder to get in. You have to be determined & have persistence.
