Welcome Emily. I also had a good period of sobriety several years ago. I stopped doing the things that kept me sober, AA meetings, a sponser, praying, talking to others. Ultimately I started using again. In other words, I got complacent. Each time I went back out, it got harder and harder to come back. Now I am doing the things that got me sober the first time. It's not always easy, but well worth it.
