I found this site near the beginning of this year, I read so many accounts of people reclaiming their lives it gave me hope that it was possible for me to do the same. I have relapsed twice this year and the last was one hell of a three month bender, but it has made me learn more about myself, how and why I drink, and has made me more determined to stay sober from now on. The drink is not something I have to do anymore, I don't have to give in to it and my outlook is becoming brighter each day. I use a mix of AA, AVRT and this site to help keep my mind on track.
