I did it too, Change. Once I finally realized I had NO control left in me, I began to get well. One sip and I was off to the races. It took awhile to sink in, but once it did - I sort of relaxed & just stopped trying to manage 'a few'. So much easier to kick it out of your life all together. You can definitely do this!
