Those are great to have, but you might want to talk to your Dr. Let him/her know that you are quitting. Maybe check out a couple of AA meetings.
I go to counsling and AA meetings. I didn't do the 12 steps, but I go to open group, and they are very supportive. Just try a few things out, so that you know you have options.
I LOVE my counslor. She even gave me her cell number. Out of respect for her I have not used it, but it's just nice to know there are people out there like that.
I also stayed on SR for a three straight weeks, reading people's stories and talking to them. This is a great site. I really hope you get as much out of it as I do.
