Hi everyone. I am 12 days sober, coming off of heavy marijuana and alcohol abuse. I have had great sobriety before for 3 years back in the early 2000s. I stopped going to meetings, praying, talking to my sponser, etc. Inevitably, I went back out. Its been a revolving door ever since. It is so much harder to get back into the swing of things this time. Feel like jumping out of my skin. I know it is withdrawals and my brain chemistry adjusting, but it still sucks.
