Interesting post Joybot, I always had a fully stocked bar in the house. In an odd kind of way I felt like I was accomplishing something because I could go for periods of time without touching it while at the same time feeling a sense of comfort in knowing that it was there if I needed it. It was always only a matter of time though before I went off the deep end again. Bender type drinkers like I was can quit for periods of time but they can also pick up where they left off in epic fashion.
