Thank you everyone. I am glad I found this site. One of my probems is not really having people to talk too. People who are willing to LISTEN and understand. I am forever grateful for being led to this site.
It's 3:39am here in the caribbean and I just woke up to my 3rd nightmare. I live alone at the moment, so it's a bit more depressing and scary going through these symptoms. The good thing is I have absolutely no craving for a drink (atleast I feel so). BTW it's day 3. I just feel like crying. I cannot believe I allowed myself to reach this stage...
