Hi Everyone
I've been trolling for a month or so (when I planned on quitting), but today is officially my Day 1. I've been a problem drinker for about the past 3 years (and a drinker for about 10). Lately I just can't get a handle on myself once I start, so it's time for change. And I'm sick of feeling how I feel, hurting people, and disappointing myself.
What I've read so far is heartwarming, close to home, and very supportive. I'm thrilled for this type of support and look forward to joining you all on this journey.
