I think I'd have to go with the spicy cranberry relish on turkey. I'm not entirely sure what herbs/spices went into the relish, but I know my sister made it with cranberries, orange, and serrano pepper. OMG, it was fantastic! Even the relish on its own was great!
AND tonight (day-after Thanksgiving), dinner was chimichangas made from some of the leftover turkey.
I am so looking forward to leftover chimis (if the boys don't eat them all tomorrow) and/or turkey sandwiches w the relish for lunch this week.
