After the first two weeks a couple of co-workers asked me what I was doing because I looked so much better and my face was "brighter". No more dark circles and dry skin as I am well hydrated. This Sunday I will be one month in and I physically feel stronger, emotionally less anxious and am sleeping better. The rewards are well worth it!
