The changes have been slower than I wanted but as It took a long time to get into the physical and mental shape I was in by the time I stopped, I figure it's going to take some time to get well again. That said I do look and feel much better than I did two months ago! I crave sugar and have not yet got it in me to do any physical exercise but I'm sure that will change in time.
