Day Six
Just got back on East Coast after business trip and family wedding. Had no problem not drinking at the wedding or on flight home. Next two days I am home alone- but going to sign up for yoga tomorrow night. Never want to drink after that! Home alone is the tough part. Can't believe tomorrow is Day 7.
