oh I wasn't preaching LOL
it's been a rough few weeks for me, and I've been down the last few days...but the sky is blue, the birds are singing, my house is clean thanks to the home help I have and I have shopping coming soon delivered to my door....
I have a lot of friends, here and elsewhere and I'm doing better physically this week than I have for a while...life's pretty good even with the speedbumps
