8th full day sober
Eight days without a drink and I feel pretty good. The anxiety and depression doesn't feel nearly as bad but I still get a sudden urge now and again. I even went out for my birthday with my friends and didn't drink. I have had about 24 cherry coke zeros but it's better/cheaper that the alcohol I would have consumed over the week!
