Hi S&T,
You are doing a great job. Keep it up. Kick those thoughts out of your mind. Remember how proud you should be of yourself. Today is day 30 for me. I have those thoughts about, wow I would love to have a glass of wine right now or a beer and then I think, oh how good I feel and how well I have been sleeping and how I will get right on SR boards and read how everyone is doing.
