Congratulations on 4 months! Im coming up to 2 months myself. Well they say it is a bit tough at first but we get through it. I've had some of my moody days but other then that every day has been great. My brother and I were walking the dogs together and chatting it up. Told him that I have been doing good so far these past 2 months and he agreed. I have no cravings whatsoever. I believe it's a train of thought when I want to drink. Once I commit to wanting to drink then I will everytime. Do I test the theory now? of course not. because I know I am powerless over it, I've tried so many times to quit and really mean it then I go and drink again. Anyway. Just wanted to say congratulations and keep remembering that at least your sober and not drunk. Im sure glad I'm staying sober because my life as drinking was a dream. I think back and it never seemed real because I was in an illusion. Congrats once again and remember do it one day at a time!
