I'm sorry that you're dealing with such terrible back pain. It can be very debilitating.
It sounds like you don't like the task too much and it doesn't keep your mind engaged. Put those things together with back pain and it does seem to amplify it.
Just wanted to send a gentle hug and let you know that I'm confident that you'll figure this out. You've figured out a lot tougher things than this!
