I am having these issues as well. I've been calling them flashbacks. Some of the time, it feels like I'm drunk or high. I will agree, though, that they have been much worse since I re-introduced caffeinated coffee a couple weeks ago. I'm trying to reduce it right now. I can't say I've had this before, thought it was a dry drunk or something; can't say I've ever gotten "high" from caffeine before either!
