The Salvation Army offers free rehab in lots of cities, including Denver it seems

This searchable directory of drug and alcohol treatment programs shows the location of facilities around the country that treat alcoholism, alcohol abuse and drug abuse problems. You'll have to do the leg work but it's a good place to start
