My best thinking got me into the rooms of AA so I just stopped thinking, lol.
It helps to walk a drink through to the final, inevitable outcome. This is a progressive disease and it only gets worse. Plus, early recovery was so awful I know I won't go through that again.
How about just not drinking TODAY. This is the tool I used to get sober.
