I would also appreciate any info on topic. I go in sept b/c ah requesting visits with overnights. Kids 6-15 yrs. Main concern is no driving. But court, in past, has been me describing drinking problem and my concerns. He denies there is problem or that he ever drove with kids while drinking. He has (it's why we r separated and divorcing)!
I would appreciate others experiences on the topic of visits. Is there certain "proof" that would help validate the true past? I'm so afraid it will b more he said/she said. I would prefer not to bring my older kids into court, though they could absolutely state that ah has driven with them after drinking. This disease is so awful. Even As we break away there r obstacles and hurdles. God will be giving me much needed strength!
