One week! Yay!
I find walking my dog (and other forms of exercise I assume, but all I've managed these past few sober days has been walking my dog) REALLY has helped with that nasty anxiety too!
Think how much better you'll be at flag football when you're playing without any hangover! Congrats on the week and on the lessening of anxiety!
EDIT to say... not that I meant you were bad at flag football before, or anything!!! ha ha! You know what I meant, I hope!
