struggling
We cant get to a meeting of NA or AA tonight because we have my nephew here for a few days.
We are feeling like we want drugs and drink ... drink more so.
We talked about what we are going to be doing on Friday with my husband
we are going to see Harry potter and go to pizza hut after, witch is fine
But then we asked if we could get some drink , my husband said that if am doing NA and AA we cant just have drinks when ever we want them and go to the meetings if we really want to be able to recover we have to stop with drinking and taking drugs we agree with him but we feel the cravings a lot at the moment for drinks and drugs and unsure what to do about it .
Ana one of my alters are worried about us eating too much junk food and is putting pressure on us eat under 1000 calories a day
we want to compromise but unsure what to do .
