tsmba - First of all I am so sorry for your losses, I cannot imagine. I am glad that you got something from my posting, that makes me happy!
Labels are just that - labels. I work hard not identifying myself with such things and quite frankly it's hard not to. I hope you have luck returning to your meetings. I've been away for many years from meetings but I've realized that I cannot do this on my own. Willpower is what got me in the situation that I'm in. Good luck my friend
