Thanks for the link, Carol. Day 22, 14 hours. Waking is still feeling sort of rough.. but, am now having moments of clarity, like I feel "nearly normal" for 20-30 minutes while busy, but when I get to relax, or lazy, it's sort of feeling different... Drinking coffee in the morning, caffeine free sodas, water, juice during the day. Eating regularly, taking a multivitamin. Just checking in.
