21 days, 12 hours and some minutes... 3 weeks. A few evenings ago I had a dream that I drank beer and when I first woke up I thought I was hungover... until I realized it was a dream. Since then, sleeping quite well, seem to be having vivid dreams, not about drinking, but about random things. When I wake up in the mornings, it's still a bit rough to get going, but not filled with the anxiety/excitement that I spoke of earlier in the process.
I think this all means that I am beginning to sleep the way I should and am getting used to the new process. Anyone else been on the same boat?
