We go to rodeos over the 4th. I don't mind saying I'm a liberal, but the conservative patriotism at rodeos is a nice check in about once a year

This will be my first sober 4th in years. I'm a little anxious about it as the kids will definitely drink beer, and I will be the only adult not drinking. Well, my middle daughter (26) probably won't. But we'll have to watch the guys playing with fireworks...I'll watch the grandkids.
