Hey Nilla welcome back to SR.
Yea thinking that all in in control with regards to alcohol is the great deceiver. When I stopped fooling myself in believing that I could drink in a 'controlled' manner. I took back the nonsensical belief that drinking was a viable option.
Glad to see your on the proper course to get back or re-start a new life alcohol free.
Keep active in your recovery, posting and replying here at SR has helped me, as it can help you, continue to bring back the control alcohol and drugs took away.
