I ate everything in sight after I got done detoxing. It took a couple weeks for things to level out for me. I tried to keep healthy snacks available during that time as to try to curb my intake of junk food. Try finding a fruit or veggie you like and nibbling on that when you get hungry or have a craving it might stop you from raiding the fridge.
