I'm overweight due to my powerlifting routine and diet. I've shifted to a weightlifting routine and newer diet to drop body mass (Muscle and fat...unfortunately, when you lose weight you lose some of both).

My doctor never seemed concerned. I also do a BP check before going into the gym and I'm at 120ish over 80ish. When I finish up I'm at 95ish over 55ish. I know BP changes throughout the day.

I plan on getting an oximeter to measure BP and oxygen content during some of my speeches. The data can be monitored after. I hope I can figure this out. Seeing a sleep specialist in about an hour.
