Support was vital for me lilac...left to my own devices I was simply 'trying not to drink' whatever that means....
I was stuck in the same rut you are - but listening to others, reaching out for support, being accountable...all those things helped me
Look at what you've been doing so far - how much more can you do? what can you add there? what do you need to add?
I needed to expend the same kind of energy I used to spend on drinking, on my recovery....but more.
