Amen...Sounds like sound advice to me. Remember...there are still some unknowns here and some much needed medical advice should be your first option. Alcohol can produce some uncomfortable feelings, especially after a lifetime of exposure. Please consult with a doctor or a addiction counselor before moving forward.
