You relapsed for the last time within a few days of my finding SR last month. Your response to this event has been no less than an archetype for others who are caught in the relapse cycle. Not so much the specific steps you've taken (though it's my personal belief your steps would work for most), but your couragous, gritty, no-holds-barred approach to change.
