Hey barb I have a excellent book called "sickness as a path" and it says allergy is fear of life. In my case that is very true, I have a phobia towards pregnancy, birth.. so I reject pollen... I would rather be in a dark cave
than "out in the open"...
When I have money my therapist agreed to take me to a deep relaxation state to see what is the root of this fear... I hope next day my allergies are cured forever.. lol.
But I also know antibiotics mess up natural defenses really bad and I have taken them too often for other things..
There are natural herbs that help like equinacea... I take teas or swallow equinacea pills and it helps.
