Nightmares
Friends...I am awaiting a spot in rehab, until then.... I notice when I don't drink I experience vivid, realistic horrific nightmares and have to assure myself that I am safe, am home, in my own bed...
These are nowhere near typical nightmares. They are vivid, realistic, detailed, complex and evil-based...lots of snakes/blood/horror.
Anybody? I am currently drinking to avoid those. Have to check the bed to make sure I'm good.
