Regarding the negative consequences of alcohol - I fully agree with your sentiments. Ultimately, alcohol is a poison and can wreck lives through hundreds of different ways. However, I have personally found it helpful to reflect particularly on the biological health consequences of boozing. I'm now on Day 7. Last night was the toughest so far.
