Easy triggers:
- a certain 'friend's' bicycle in the drive
- people telling me I don't know how to relax
- people saying 'it's all so-and-so's fault'
- the empty PBR can on top of my new mailbox! It's not even good beer, people!
- discussions about emotions... I get lost easily, and it can quickly degenerate into a gaslighting session. Ick.
