As far as dealing with family issues...We all have to face them and it's hard. I've dealt with some pretty rough crap over the last 6 months. But it's the way I deal with it now, sober, that makes a difference.
You will find that if you are willing to go to any length to remain sober that you will just step back from a situation that would normally be a trigger to drink.
